Great product, but the description SUCKS!!!!

Very easy to replace, just unscrew the old one and screw this one in. Make sure both of the seals are on the top, otherwise you'll end up with a ton of water under your sink!

A breath of fresh air...
This show has its flaws, but I find the show to be a refreshing change from Nick's usual fare. Funny moments without the condescension of a laugh track, and poignant moments that don't feel like anvils. The storytelling is a bit heavy-handed at times, but the mystery and slowly encroaching sense of dread and danger keep the show interesting. Many of the characters are cookie-cutter for young adult entertainment (the New Girl, the Brainless Beauty, the Jock), but they all have hints of greater personality. Patricia is a particular joy to watch -- and to cheer on. I'm excited to see where this show is going.

Such a talented architect
This book gives a lovely glimpse of the select output from architect Bobby McAlpine and his firms. His body of work is more akin to a talent and style not seen since the early last century with architects like Harrie Thomas Lindeberg or Mellor, Meigs & Howe. These are gracious, intricate, lovely and very inviting structures inside and out.He's been served well by clients who must have the resources to build such structures and more importantly appreciate the stately old world feel. Not a hint of McMansion or chest-thumping loud architecture that so many homes of today sadly exude. McAlpine could design and build a dog house and I suspect it would be more visually inviting then most homes, even those of the 'well heeled', built in the last 50-years.A comparable contemporary firm would be Fairfax & Sammons, who also have had a book issued in the last decade on their output. If you like wood, dark, Saladino, you'll love this
Have long been an admirer of Bobby McAlpine and have wished he would publish a book. This is marvelous and has already become one of my favorites. Several but not all of the houses shown were previously published in Southern Accents and elsewhere -- and it is wonderful to have them together here with the author's narrative. One of the things that makes this book especially interesting is the feature on the architect's own house which is shown in three quite different iterations. It is fascinating to see how the same space looks dressed in three quite different schemes.McAlpine's narrative relates some of his design choices, for example, the preference for a smaller entrance at the side of the house rather than the grand center entrance, the interest in natural stone and limed antiqued wood, and patina of all sorts. McAlpine gave me a real appreciation for the use of dark. Seeing these rooms, I understood that one does not require pastel walls to have an experience...

If you loved John Saladino's book, Villa, you will love, The Home Within Us, by Bobby McAlpine. This most wonderful book is filled with homes that are timeless, worldly, romantic, soothing, and have a sense of history. I love the juxtaposition of rustic wood and stone with velvet and crystal shown throughout the book. The rooms are peaceful. They are not over-decorated, but warm and interesting. Each item, whether chair, urn or sconce, is art. Beautifully done. Recommended

Great tasting water and affordable
The Culligan 2650 was easy to install; I installed it within 20 minutes, provided the hole on my sink was already there for the faucet. The instructions walked me through everything, even have detailed instructions via pictures for the lazy reader. Comes with an ergonomic long reach faucet. The new design on the lead free faucet looks almost like the ones they have in Lowe's for $50. Filter unit warnes user with audible beeps and LED lights to indicate when filter needs changing (uses a 9V battery, included). So far, this is the only unit that I know that removes MTBE's, VOC's, and more at a low cost of $32 per filter cartridge replacement set (500 gallon filter life, Pentek brand name at filterpros.com). I avoided Lowe's and Home Depot water filters b/c they use proprietary filters, forcing consumer to buy expensive filter cartridges. All other pressure fed water filters I know use $40+ filter cartridges (i.e. Aquasana). I switched to the under sink filter b/c my Pur faucet head...

Excellent water and system, sub-par fixture
We bought this after wanting to get away from bottled water which is expensive and not environmentally friendly. Unfortunately, the local water is less than desirable (terrible taste). The reviews here tell the tale already - it's easy to install and it's also easy to change out filters (and you can choose the one you want as you see there are many levels of filters for the system). Again, the system was easy to install but the fixture is horrible. It's plastic so while trying to install on the sink area the base of the plastic broke from the fixture itself. Not cool. To improvise I put it back together with super glue but this is obviously not recommended - I did it because I didn't want to undo what I already started. I've already replaced it with a Watts fixture which is cheap but is all metal and it's working much better and I'm not worrying about someone with heavy hands breaking it off and having water going everywhere. Maybe it's not fair for me to review a film I was honored to both edit and serve as one of the producers. But no less fair than the first review -- scribed by Tod Tamberg, the official spokesperson for the archdiocese of Los Angeles.I won't pick apart his "facts" one by one. Director Amy Berg has already done so, numerous times in the press.The only one I'll highlight is a statement which best serves as an example of how far some will go to disparage the film and director:Mr. Tamberg claims above that Amy Berg used "special effects... placing O'Grady at a playground full of children". Why or how he came to that conclusion is pure fantasy. O'Grady was really there. In Ireland. Free. And able to roam near children, un-supervised. Amy Berg chose to document this on camera because the story needs to be brought to public attention. The shot causes outrage because the situation is outrageous. Superbly made documentary, even and unbiased
Oliver O'Grady is a pedophile who preyed on girls and boys for almost thirty years, was sentenced to fourteen years in prison for his crimes, served seven, and is now living in Ireland where he doesn't need to register anywhere as a sex offender (and indeed, the family he's currently living with knows nothing of his past - although I gather they do now), and lives in semi-comfort from an annuity provided to him by the Catholic church.Oh, and he was a priest. A Catholic priest.Oh, yeah, and his diocese was fully aware of his pedophilia, may have been aware of it prior to his donning the robes, and shuffled him around from parish to parish, in one instance even promising the police that in his next position he would not have contact with children. Gut Wrenching
I don't cry easily, but there are scenes in this movie that tear your heart out and you will probably never forget. This is definitely not a film for everyone. You can see, in all its emotional rawness, the toll pedophilia takes on a victim and their family: the shame, the self-blame, and the loss of faith. These scenes are in contrast with interviews with O'Grady himself. If you met O'Grady on the street, one's impression would probably be of a kindly, old Irish gentlemen who may have done a few wrong things in his life. But behind this gentlemenly veneer is a monster who is so egotistical that he believes his former victims would like to reconcile with him. Of course, the other character in the film is the Catholic Church, which cannot seem to grasp that you can't enable pedophiles and still serve the community in good faith.
