Miracle Cream? No, Reasonable Alternative? Yes
Both our children have eczema, and have since they hit about the 15 month mark. They have it during the summer months and the winter months. They get it from sweat when they're wearing formaldehyde-drenched Chinese-made clothing and when they're wearing Oeko-Tex certified organic clothing from Peru. They might be allergic to foods (the possible allergen list is a mile long, and it's not like the doctors could possibly test for everything; elimination diets have been futile). They're certainly allergic to that big hickory tree over their play equipment. MIRACLE cream for my young baby's eczema!
I am a first time parent and was concerned when my 3 week old developed some small red spots and splotches near her eyes. The doctor said it was eczema and to use any lotion to moisturize and it should go away. Calendula is powerful
I had a scar on the head of my penis. I tried many things and the scar would not heal. I read somewhere that calendula heals scars if applied directly. So, I decided to try the Calendula Extract from Herb Farm. The first time I tried the product it burned. The burning was less every time I applied the product in the morning and evening. In less than a week, a miracle happened, the scar was closed and now it's hard to find where the scar was; the scar is fading away.

Love this cream!
My daughter went through a phase where she was fighting horrible bleeding diaper rashes. We tried all the major brand creams, tried air dry time, changed diaper brands, tried cloth diapers, Aveeno baths, etc. and we could not get the rash to heal. Bought this on a whim (it was the only cream carried at the health food store I was at and I did not want to go to another store) and it started to work almost immediately. The rash was healed within a day. I would highly recommend this cream!

Always top quality
These baby creams are top notch! You can be sure the ingredients are safe and non toxic for kids and babies. The entire Weleda product line is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend their products for mom, dad and baby! The whole family! The Germans know how to make good skin creams - and their non GMO / chemical additives policies have been around much much longer than in the US - they have had strict laws in places for a lot longer as well. Best baby lotion
I have tried several baby lotions, but this is the only one that leaves my baby's skin hidrated for more than a few hours.I use it on my little one, and 24 hours later his skin still feels all soft and hidrated. I have not had that experience with any of the other lotions (Mustela, ISDIN, Letiat4).All natural ingredients with no phtalates or parabens, this is also very important for me.Great product, just like the whole baby calendula product line.

Great product
I have used this lotion on my baby girls skin since she was a month old. She has never had the red rash or any reaction to the lotion. It has a nice, "natural" smell, not laden with perfumes like other "baby" lotions.

Good all natural lotion
We started using this lotion on our baby when she was about six months old. We originally tried several other lotions to help with our baby's skin. We first tried Baby Aquaphor, which did a very good job, but decided to stop using it because the main ingredient is petrolatum. We then tried Burt's Bees and Nature's Baby Organics Moisturizer, but those didn't seem to work. Finally we tried Weleda after receiving a recommendation from a friend and have been using it for the past 1 1/2 years. We like that it goes on easily, leaves our baby's skin soft, and is all natural. The only negative (besides the cost) is that the lotion is a bit runny and we sometimes use more than we need. If it was less runny, I would have given the review 5 stars.As far as this product containing almond oil, it does clearly state that in the description and also the bottle itself. AMAZING for baby's ezcema
I would use another brand of calendula cream for my baby's eczema but they went and changed the formulation on that other product and didn't have enough calendula in it. So I started searching for other products. This thing is amazing. My pediatrician wouldn't believe it either. Amazing how it cleared out over a month of eczema in 4-5 days. I realize not all products work for all people the same but for my son this is amazing. I get eczema on my hands too but it doesn't work as magically on me as it does on him. I will take this over any cortisone cream that the doctor prescribes though.
